The Holcombe Talent Academy (HTA) is committed to delivering top-quality coaching to 25 boys and 25 girls from schools, clubs, and county teams in our allocated catchment. Admittance into the HTA is on a selection and invitation-only basis, as the HTA strives to recruit players with the potential and commitment to compete at high-performance level hockey and beyond.  

In order to qualify for a nomination to the HTA trials, players should be within school years 10 to 13 and based within the catchment area designated to the HTA. Exceptional circumstances can and will be considered on an individual basis. 

HTA has sourced quality head coaches, assistant coaches and specialist coaches in our endeavour to deliver technically advanced and physically-demanding training schedules to a like-minded squad who are looking to develop their hockey to compete at the elite level. As such, with their support we have created an enjoyable and productive environment for competitive athletes to train within.
