We are delighted to be able to confirm that MH1 Coaching will be visiting Holcombe Park on Sunday, 18th August as part of their 2024 Summer Tour.
MH1, led by former Holcombe player Maddie Hinch, also boast another former Holc in their staffing ranks in Laura Myers and both are excited to be returning to Holcombe Park for these camps.
What’s on offer?
Our specialist goalscoring camps “Inside the D” are making a return, and this year we’ve expanded the adult camps to more venues whilst the U18 camps remain for those age 11-17. Stay tuned for our announcement of this year’s head coach, it’s one we’re really excited about and of course our legendary goalkeeper camps are also back for those aged seven to 17 or 18+. All of our camps are for all abilities with groups split accordingly.
Our head coach for our goalscoring camp will be none other than Argentina great Delfina Merino!

What is the camp?
As you’ll likely know, Maddie Hinch was a proud Holcombe HC member and so Holcombe has been chosen by Maddie Hinch’s company, MH1 Coaching, to host some specialist hockey camps this summer. These are delivered by a team of experts with a very exciting head coach for the goalscoring camp to be announced soon.

Who are the camps for?
There is a camp for everyone with camps for both goalkeepers and goalscorers. There are both U18 camps, which depending on camp type spans those aged seven to 17-years-old and Adult camps for those age 18-80+.
Do I need to be a good hockey player to come?
Players will be split into groups based on age and ability so the coaching team will cater for all levels of ability.
