Jess Foakes, who turned 13 last week, is shaving her hair off to make wigs for other children and raise money for Cancer Research UK.
Jess, fresh from playing her first ever summer league game at the weekend, has so far raised over £400, 81% of her original target of £500.
She loves her long hair but is doing this amazing thing to donate it to the Little Princess Trust so it can be made into wigs for other children.
